How it works
Buying from us is simple, but it usually takes a few steps. We want to
make sure you get exactly what you want, so we take the time to get it
right before we put a blade to the first board.
Step 1. Browse our website, facebook page or the web to get an idea
of what you want. If you know what it is and can describe it in detail that's
fine. Or if you want to give me "artistic license", that's cool too!
Step 2. Fill out the quote request form above. Give as much detail as
possible. Things like sizes, woods, colors, what the piece will be used
for, styles all help. The budget question is important too, it helps us
determine what we can and can't do to stay in your range.
Step 3. Once we look over your request, we will ask for any additional
details we need to know. After we have those answers we will work up
Step 4. If the price is acceptable, we will confirm your order, and send
you a PayPal invoice for 50% of the quoted price. This invoice will
reference a quote number that has all the details we discussed. Once
we receive the payment, your order will be complete. If required we will
keep you apprised of our progress.
Step 5. When your order is complete, we will send you a second invoice
for the remainder of the quoted price, any additions you may have made
and shipping costs. Make the payment and we will ship your item!
Step 6. When you get your item, send us an email with your comments.
We want to know you are happy! A recommendation on the Facebook
page would be appreciated. In addition you will receive a comment
sheet from Angies List. Please complete it and send it back. Thats all
there is to it! Unless of course you want to place another order :)
